You must pay for your postage costs to send it back to us. Refunds or exchanges are accepted for products returned in unused condition within 1 month of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold in, including its original packaging.

3. Postage and service charge are always included in shipments from us. However, we use normal post and can not supply you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. For faster delivery we can ship with courrier such as Fedex or UPS. Please contact us to enquire about costs.
